Establishing an Account
In order to or receive our price list and place an order, an account must be established. As we do not sell to the general public, you must provide us with an application and some additional paperwork.
Ordering
Shark Trans publishes a new price list once a week. Clients with established accounts may choose to be placed on our automated fax or email system to receive weekly price list updates. Items not on the list are not currently available. Ordering is done via fax or email. However, if you have a question about a specific item, you may call us at any time.
Prices on our list are firm.
Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. out of our Exeter warehouse. Customer pays for all shipping and handling charges associated with a purchase.
We accommodate any size order with a wide range of shipping options. We work with a multitude of trucking companies and freight forwarders that are experts in shipping fragrances domestically and internationally. Please inquire for details.
Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours after confirmed by the customer. If there is any delay in the shipping time, we will usually notify you as soon as possible.
